Terms and Conditions of Service

This is a legal agreement between you and Y&M Club('Y&M') with regard to match making service ("Service"). Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your registration. By usage of any part of this system, site, or materials, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Once you become a member of Y&M, you are bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not register and use this Service.

1. AUDLTS ONLY

By registering and/or participating this Service, you represent and warrant that you are an adult in your country. Y&M, at its sole discretion, may require you to provide necessary information to verify that you are an adult in your country.

2.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on this Service, or transmit to other Y&M members.

You will not publish or display on this Service, or transmit to other Y&M members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates any other party's rights.

You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through this Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mails to other Y&M members.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Y&M, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of this Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

You will not copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, or sell any information or material posted on this Service, except that you have been given permission from the author of that information or material.

You are solely responsible for your interactions, inside or outside of this Service, with other Y&M members. In no event, Y&M will be responsible for any loss or damage, arising from those interactions.

3. SERVICE MANGEMENT

Y&M will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Y&M, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law or by our affiliate company.Y&M offers premium customer service and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with our service, however, we do not offer partial or full refunds of any kind. When references to "Months of Membership" appear on the site, this refers to a period of 30 days.
The information, profiles, and details contained in this Service are for informational purposes only and in no way reflect the opinions of Y&M. Y&M has no mechanism to or does not prescreen any information or materials posted by members. You assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly from the use of this Service.

Either you or Y&M may terminate your Y&M membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party.

Y&M reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to this Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Y&M's attention.

It is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of this Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. Y&M is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on this Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on this Service or release to others.

Y&M reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted by members of this Service. Y&M has the right to remove any material that violates, or is alleged to violate the law or this agreement.

Y&M does not warrant that your use of this service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

By submitting any information or material, you agree that Y&M has the right to copy, reproduce, edit, modify, or transmit that information or material.

4.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario Province,Canada,without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

The terms of this agreement are subject to change by Y&M at any time, effective upon notice to you. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms of this agreement will survive termination of your membership to this Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Y&M reserves the absolute right to terminate this Service, reject or cancel your registration to this Service, at its sole discretion. In no event, Y&M shall be responsible for not providing this Service.
